At SportsDrop, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy below.

Returns

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Message our support team at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide you with return instructions, including a return address.
  • Pack your item securely and include your order confirmation or packing slip.
  • Ship the item back to us within 14 days after your return is approved.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns received outside the 30-day window (at our discretion).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at our Contact page. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Shipping Address

We will provide the correct return address based on your location when you initiate the return. Please do not send returns to the sender address on your parcel.
